2. Recharge Methods
- You can purchase based on personal usage via direct contact or group support.
- Redeem codes can be applied in
Wallet Management. - Standard self-service top-up entry may be provided later, subject to live product availability.
3. Refund Notes
- Refund requests are submitted through support channels and reviewed manually.
- Consumed quota is generally non-refundable.
- Final refund outcome follows current platform policy and review result.
4. Invoice Status
- Invoices are not available yet.
- Support is expected after June 2026. Final launch timing follows official announcements.
