This page outlines the baseline rules for using Let AI Run. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Scope

Let AI Run provides AI gateway access and related console capabilities.
Available models, nodes, and features are subject to what is currently offered online.
The service is not offered to users in Mainland China. It is intended only for global users outside Mainland China and for projects or products serving markets outside Mainland China.
If your product or service targets markets outside Mainland China, collaboration is welcome.
We also provide customized support for OPCs (one-person companies), with flexible support based on business scenario, target market, product stage, and actual needs.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secure.
Usage caused by leaked credentials or keys is treated as account-originated activity.

Do not use the service for illegal, infringing, or abusive activities.
Do not bypass quota, risk controls, authentication, or platform policies.
We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access when abnormal behavior is detected.

We continuously improve reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
Temporary disruption may occur due to upstream changes, network issues, or maintenance.
Features, models, pricing, and policies may be adjusted as part of operations.

Redeem codes are only valid for business or product scenarios within the service scope described above.
You are responsible for ensuring that redeem code usage, usage method, and related business scenarios comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules.
Any risk, liability, loss, or consequence arising from misuse, use outside the permitted scope, use in scenarios outside the service scope, or violation of applicable laws remains solely your responsibility.
Once a redeem code is redeemed, activated, or used, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the relevant site agreements, rules, and notes, and to use it in compliance with the allowed scope.
